London

London!  What can I say about London.  Let’s start by saying that seeing London for a day showed us that we’d like to go back.

It was everything we expected.  We only had an afternoon to explore and we were a bit tired as our morning started at 3am

We visited Buckingham palace and saw the guards.  Fun fact: they will yell across the yard at you if you stand on the fence!

We saw the parliament, big bend, Westminster abbey as well as the London eye and the Tower and London bridges.  Yes, we were busy!  It was a good, busy day though.

This was one aspect about our trip that I didn’t expect… Yes it’s daylight at 4am and dark till 10…. Sheesh, no wonder these ppl don’t eat till 10-11pm
